Adding Characters to Series

Yeh, you need actor first :)

Theoretically you could add a dummy TBA actors, and assign them to the characters. The big question is "Why?"

In about 90% of the cases the names are changed by the time of production. So there's literally no value in adding dubious characters with unknown cast :)
