Faint as it may be, there is still a heartbeat on the Agent Carter series. Clearly it's devoted following includes Marvel TV Executive Vice President Jeph Loeb. TVMaze counts 3201 followers and a pretty decent 8.1/10 rating on 136 votes.

What network/channel/streamer would be the best fit for a revival and which would be the most likely to bite on a season 3?

Since a Marvel TV Exec is stirring the pot, they are either available or the costs of redoing the sets is not a huge concern.

If you build it, they will come. (and film seasons 3-7!)

Season 2 moved from NY to LA, so a potential season 3 could just be somewhere else... or they could have moved buildings or remodeled to have an excuse for new sets. If it were to come back, I think it should be only 1-3 seasons, finally tie up the creation of SHIELD which was what I always assumed it was meant to be.

I'd rather it not be on a streaming service, because it'd probably be on one I don't have and I don't want to subscribe to more and streaming is less likely to get a Blu-ray release. :p But if something other than ABC or Freeform got it, it'd probably just be Disney's upcoming streaming service. The Netflix Marvel shows were sold as a bundle and was a bidding war between multiple places which is why they have so many, but Hulu is the only place with a Marvel show and even that is co-owned by Disney... so I don't think Disney would give up a Marvel property easily, even if it's one they don't want.
