I can't see what channel/network is going to host October Faction. Am I missing it or is it currently a show without a home?

It's happening every now and then. New series being announced before closing the deal with the network or streamer. I remember stumbling on something like that couple weeks ago, the project in development with some big names involved, but not attached to any network yet.
