If you are in Canada, or can access Citytv, the series is currently airing on Fridays. Online viewing up to episode 6 available @ https://www.citytv.com/toronto/shows/the-bletchley-circle-san-francisco/ ... new episodes added sometime after airing

It's not available outside US, so this could be the case.

Currently the show isn't available in Canada on BritBox, likely due to Citytv having broadcast rights ... how long these rights last is unknown, so it's possible at some point in the future the series will become available in Canada via BritBox ... it's a good reminder to always be sure the show you want to watch is available in your country on the streamer you want to watch it on as there are a number of similar cases, especially Netflix.
