Can someone check me if I'm right but the api response for the Netflix show "The Order" is returning a tvdb_id as "346294" but thetvdb.com has this show listed as "359675"

You are correct but changing it is beyond my level ... someone higher up will fix it shortly. Thanks for the catch & note! :)
It's normal (for TVDb) to change the ID, shows got deleted and re-created all the time.
