They are listed seperately as they are two separate news bulletins airing on different channels.

It is one show, airing the same episode multiple times a day.

Correct showname is "Te Kāea", and the official site is:

It's saying the show airs in two different time slots on two different networks Te Reo: 7.30pm, Maori Television: 5.30pm. It doesn't say that the 5.30pm episode is repeated at 7.30pm?

Te Reo is a channel on "Māori Television" network. Not two different networks.

"Te Reo is the station's second channel, launched 28 March 2008. Te Reo is 100% Māori language with no advertising or subtitles." (quote from the Wikipedia page below).

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Māori_Television

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Te_Reo_(TV_channel)

http://www.maoritelevision.com/tv/te-reo-channel

The main "Māori Television" airs "Te Kāea" daily with subtitles (with repeats).

And their "Te Reo" channel airs "Te Kāea" daily without subtitles (with repeats).

Subtitles are the only difference between the airings.

(Also, both showpages here lists the same description, the same airdate, the same airtime, and the same official site. The only difference here is the showname being spelled incorrectly on one of them, and the channel listed.)

It's the same as if a show airs on Swedish SVT1, and then it also airs on SVT2, and/or SVT24 (all on the same network, SVT). Even if one has no subtitles, and one has, and one has comments for the hearing impaired, it doesn't make it two or three different shows, it is the same show airing on different channels on the same network.

Or a show airing on BBC One, BBC Two, BBC Three, BBC Four, etc. It's still one show, not one, two, three, four, and so forth.

Or is the policy here that all airings of the same show/episode on different channels gets their own showpage? Which would be fine of course, but extremely messy, as there would be an infinite number of pages for every show. If I've missed that information, please forgive me, and point me to it. :)

I think I've just misunderstood the show then. It's not official policy but I had been told before that for example listing the 10 different versions of 'BBC News' that are called just 'BBC News' on the BBC News Channel, it was my discretion whether to add them all to one guide or to 10 guides with the correct time-slots added to each guide. I think this one is slightly different however, as it's the same program, just one with subtitles and one without. Is the 5.30pm showing the original episode or the 7.30 one?

5.30pm (=17.30) @ Māori Television is the first airing.
