You should definitely be able to add episodes :)
Go to episodes then to bottom and then "Create"

I logged in today to continue to add episodes to the listing for a show called Catalyst and i see that the listing for Catalyst was removed - http://www.tvmaze.com/shows/10798/catalyst and that a new entry was then added http://www.tvmaze.com/shows/10965/catalyst which then imported all the episode data fresh from tvdb some of this info is wrong, which i had corrected on the original listing, I had added around 65 episodes to the original listing as well which is now gone. Can someone have a look at this please.

This is not good, we need to find out who and why this was deleted, as you put alot of work into it, I will talk to david this evening and we will investigate this.
The Guest Crew for http://www.tvmaze.com/episodes/10085/nikita-1x19-girls-best-friend/crew lists both Robert Lieberman and Rob Lieberman as director. Since all other credits for him are entered under Robert Lieberman, could you remove the Rob Lieberman entry? Also, since this is its only credit, you can remove http://www.tvmaze.com/people/85743/rob-lieberman.
I've added a "Rob Lieberman" AKA for Robert Lieberman.
