In January 2021, Dplay in the nordic regions - similar to the UK - will change to Discovery+. All the shows will be transferred. Is there a way to merge Dplay & Discovery+ on TVMaze? Discovery+ also has to be changed from US to Worldwide.

No, it's not. As stated in the pre-launch press release, the programming slate will be significantly different between countries. At least discovery+ U.S. will have a slate of exclusive series:
In the U.S., discovery+ will include a robust slate of new, exclusive originals from storytellers including Chip and Joanna Gaines; Sir David Attenborough; David Schwimmer; Will Packer and Kevin Hart; Bobby Flay and Giada De Laurentiis; and more
For the rest of the world, the corresponding web channels could be simply renamed.
