Youve said it meets non curated guidelines but provided no evidence of this. Where is the production company or evidence of the budget? Id also question whether wed allow it as the other content on that channel is all over the place. Do any of the actors or crew have previous appearances in other shows?

As stated in the policy: “In addition, the show must adhere to any of the following rules,” the rule “One of the credited cast- or crew members must be credited in another curated show” is followed, and the video includes credits with the names of the actors and crew members. The production companies are also listed in the description and in the credits at the end of the video.

I think this is a bit of a grey area because of how the episode is presented. Going to tag staff in here to decide whether we should or shouldn't allow, however it would of been better to tell us what the evidence was in the first place, especially as we don't have senior staff that speak Russian.

I don't see the production companies in the description.
It's not simply that credits (starting at 01:14:46) are listed; that just satisfies "The show must give credit to at least 1 cast member and at least 2 crew members".
The first production company appears to be ЕГОР's own (the youtuber).
The second production company is DOPE Films, but they don't even list any of the youtuber's content (including this) on their website.
I'm not going to go through every single person in that credits to see if they have been credited in a curated show to meet the criteria "One of the credited cast- or crew members must be credited in another curated show".
I'd argue that it being uploaded as a single video rules it out of being added anyway, but that's up for debate.
It doesn't appear to be episodic in any way. And from what Gazza is saying, the production credits aren't in compliance either. I don't think it meets our requirements.
