Ratings Roundup Week of February 17, 2019

CBS surprised no one with the news Young Sheldon was renewed for the next two seasons. It will never reach Big Bang Theory numbers, but it is the second-highest rated comedy on the network by a long chalk. Survivor premiered last week, opening about where it ended last year. Good thing God Friended Me was already renewed; last week it took a sizable hit, losing three tenths from its last episode. Back-to-back episodes of Hawaii Five-0 did well. MacGyver and Fam were both up a tenth.

ABC had another steady week. Grey's Anatomy was up a healthy three tenths. Schooled was up a tenth. If it can stay there, it should be renewed. The Kids Are Alright and The Rookie were both steady.

NBC wrapped up its short-run talent competition show, America's Got Talent: The Champions with steady numbers. Back-to-back episodes of The Blacklist were consistent with previous week's numbers. Manifest wrapped its first season down a tenth but should be an easy renewal.

FOX saw yet another huge week for The Masked Singer, the show gained three tenths over last week. Last Man Standing took a hit, losing a couple of tenths of last week. Lethal Weapon was up a tenth. Proven Innocent lost a tenth off its premiere, which was already low. Chances of it seeing a second season are weak at best. The Orville and The Gifted were both even with last week. The Orville will probably see a third season. The Gifted is most likely done, fans better hope it doesn't end on a cliffhanger.

The CW ran repeats for most of the week, which was a problem for the few shows airing new episodes. Supergirl was steady while Charmed lost a tenth. Legacies took the biggest hit, losing two tenths and almost half its audience over its last new episode.
