Ratings Roundup Week of March 10, 2019

NBC had a bit of surprise renewal news last week with the announcement The Blacklist was renewed for a seventh season. Can fans of Blindspot hope for similar good news? A.P. Bio was steady with its premiere. Good news, it didn't lose anything. Bad news, its rating were already in the cellar. Good Girls lost a tenth from its premiere that it couldn't afford. The Enemy Within was steady, and should see a renewal from the network.

FOX premiered Masterchef Junior last week, down a couple of tenths from last season. The Passage wrapped its short season with back-to-back episodes; the first off a tenth, the second down two tenths from the previous week. Fans shouldn't worry too much, the show had high enough numbers to see another season. Last Man Standing slipped a tenth as well, but is in no danger.

The CW had an unremarkable week. The only news was the return of Dynasty and Crazy Ex-Girlfriend to their abysmally low numbers. Should have stuck with the reruns, guys.

Final Season

ABC wrapped The Bachelor last week. The final two episodes were even with each other and up a bit from where the program ended last season. The Good Doctor wrapped its sophomore season, nowhere near the highs it gained with its first season, but still good numbers. The show is already renewed for a third season, and there's no reason to think it won't see a fourth. Schooled gained a tenth from its last new episode a couple of weeks ago. Station 19 lost a tenth. With its lead-ins once again being comedies, Whiskey Cavalier sank three tenths from the previous week.

CBS had a workmanlike week last week. God Friended Me lost a tenth, as did Hawaii Five-0 and Blue Bloods. God Friended Me is already renewed, no reason to think Five-0 and Blue Bloods won't see renews as well. The network tried sandwiching new episodes of Fam between The Big Bang Theory and Young Sheldon, too bad they were reruns. The first of the Fam double-header was even with the previous week, the second episode, lost two tenths. It does make you wonder why they are burning off episodes.
