Why is that? I've re-approved her request, not "created" the show from the scratch. You could see it in the list of approved requests.

There is a trick, you go to the rejected show and then you have to change the url, then you can approve it again :)

I do not know if it ever did air on Adult Swim or not but it debuted first on M-Net in 2012 as it indicates on the show photo. I think it's MNet as in the TV Channel.
I just didn't know if it was MNet America or MNet (Korean Channel) that aired it first.
(They're just international versions of the MNet brand)
The Korean TV channel already exists here.

On the American VOD it just lists it as:

(On both there's a total of 10 videos)
