ABC wrapped For Life last week. If anything good can be said about its second season, it that it was at least consistent. Expect the show to be quietly cancelled when the fall season is announced and it's not listed. The Bachelor was down a tenth. American Idol shed two tenths off its premiere. American Housewife was up a tenth from its last new episode a couple of weeks ago. Black-ish was down a tenth, Mixed-ish was even though low. The Good Doctor and The Rookie were even with the previous week.

CBS had a workmanlike week last week. The Equalizer lost a tenth but should be fine. Clarice was steady but low, things are not looking good, and fans should probably enjoy whatever episodes they get. B Positive was up a tenth and should be renewed. The Neighborhood is also in no danger. The Unicorn managed to pick up a tenth; it may be too little too late, however. It's consistently the lowest-rated half-hour show on the network.

NBC wrapped Mr Mayor last week, losing a tenth off the previous week. Young Rock lost two tenths off its premiere, Kenan dropped a more painful three tenths. Assuming it doesn't lose any more, Young Rock will probably be renewed. Mr Mayor and Kenan are both on a bit more shaky ground. Neither show really hit it out of the ratings park, and the future of both shows may be down to what else the Peacock has in the pipe for the fall 2021 season.

FOX premiered another game show last week. Cherries Wild opened low and even for a cheap game show/reality show, those numbers aren't good. The Great North returned after a month hiatus. All of the audience it gained following the NFC Championship game was squandered, the show lost three tenths off its non-football inflated premiere. Call Me Kat was steady and will likely be renewed. 9-1-1 and 9-1-1 Lone Star both lost a tenth, but neither is in any danger.

The CW premiered Superman & Lois last week to good numbers, for the CW anyway. It had the same rating as the premiere of Walker, though it had seven hundred thousand fewer viewers. If it holds most of that audience, it should be an easy renewal for the network. Speaking of Walker, a repeat episode managed to top everything else on the CW's schedule last week.

No big announcements or surprises last week. Decisions have likely already been made for many shows, will your favorites live to see another season?

From a ratings stand-point, The Goldbergs should be renewed. its regularly one of the highest, if not the highest-rated comedies on the network. If it's cancelled it will be because the production wants to end it, not from any sort of audience losses.
The Good Doctor will probably be renewed, but it wouldn't surprise me if it's also announced the fifth season will be its last. Its numbers have been in steady decline for the last two seasons (more than can be accounted for by mere attrition).
FBI Most Wanted should be safe. CBS has a number of much lower-rated shows that would go first, and every network likes the idea of franchise programming.
Any idea on whether the Goldbergs will be renewed? It'll be interesting to see how the storylines will be if they get a new season with Adam graduating from high school in this season. And what do you think the odds will be for FBI: Most Wanted and the Good Doctor getting renewed?
Ha! Yes Family Guy and Bob's Burgers were renewed for multiple seasons last Spring.
Oh what a surprise, Family Guy was renewed XD
