CBS did surprise a few people last week with the announced end of Blue Bloods. The Tom Selleck-led drama anchored the Friday night lineup for almost all of its fourteen-year run. The show will conclude with an eighteen-episode final season with ten episodes airing spring of 2024 and the remaining eight episodes airing in the fall. The network also shifted some of its Thursday night programming to earlier in the week. Let's Make A Deal Primetime picked up four hundred thousand viewers airing on Monday instead of its usual Friday night slot. Raid the Cage, however, seemed to do better on Fridays. It lost about half a million viewers airing on a Tuesday.
