CBS was still the only network making decisions last week. Poppa's House and NCIS: Origins were both given full-season orders last week. Part of the new Hollywood means that both programs were given a back-five order for an eighteen-episode first season. Interestingly, Georgie and Mandy's First Marriage season order was for the traditional twenty-two episodes. In ratings news, NCIS: Origins picked up a ratings tenth but still lost another two hundred thousand viewers. Poppa's House was down three hundred thousand viewers. Georgie and Mandy's First Marriage was down a couple tens of thousands of viewers. Tracker was down almost three hundred thousand viewers but is in no danger.

ABC had a quiet week with few new episodes. 9-1-1 returned after a week off, up two hundred thousand viewers. Doctor Odyssey returned with one hundred thousand more viewers over its last new episode. Abbott Elementary was up three hundred thousand viewers. Grey's Anatomy was down one hundred thousand viewers. Grey's has been the lowest-rated drama for the network the last few weeks. It's also in its twenty-first season, which means it's also expensive. It would not be at all surprising to hear the show gets renewed, but next year will be its final season.

NBC saw disappointing numbers for Sunday Night Football last week, losing five million viewers. The downward trend continued through the rest of the week. The One Chicago shows returned after a week off. Fire was down two hundred thousand viewers. PD was down three hundred thousand viewers. Med was even. Law & Order was down two hundred thousand viewers. Law & Order SVU was down four hundred thousand viewers. Found continued to struggle, losing another three hundred thousand viewers it couldn't afford.

FOX enjoyed another big NFL overrun. Unfortunately, it didn't trickle down into the Sunday animation block. The Simpsons did well, picking up a million viewers from its last NFL-assisted episode. Universal Basic Guys was down two million. Bob's Burgers was down three hundred thousand viewers, and Krapopolis was even. Rescue HI-Surf was even with its last new episode. That's good news for fans as it could mean the show has found bottom, but the show also remained at the bottom of the ratings chart.
