Alisa says that their marriage counselor suggested the Florida trip, and she lost everyone--including herself--in the car crash. At IGH, the nurse Luanne nurse discovers realizes that Alisa is alive and says that the doctor is on his way. She tells Alisa to lie down, and Lisa looks at her burned face in a reflective surface.
