In DC, columnist Arthur Six meets with Judge Vossberg and threatens to print a "psycho scandal" about him unless Vossberg declares a mistrial. Vossberg warns that he can't do it without exposing himself, and draws a gun on Arthur. Arthur calmly walks into his apartment and advises Vossberg to think it over.
