An endless corridor? He actually counted 200 doors? She'd rather freeze? If they keep going back in the box how did they not run back into Leighton... the first time even? It was 3 minutes! He just got in there! And why... what the... how... Nah, I'm out. And I thought Constellation was bad.
Yep, and then they decide they needed the Dr. to run off into the freezing snow to move the story along. Infuriating and terible writing. WHy do we have to endure seemingly smart characters doing dumb thngs because the story requires it?
Fix your writing. Otherwise it's still an enjoyable ride and will keep going.
I know they're trying to tell a story here, and need to create drama, but I found myself yelling at the screen every time they explored worlds that were clearly not what they were looking for, especially when those worlds were clearly unlivable. They've got a limited drug supply. The correct procedure is 1) open door, 2) say "NOPE", 3) close door, 4) repeat. I hope they start making better choices now that they (maybe) have a way to control where the doors go.
