I don't understand something. In the later flashback, Pilcher is looking at a computer file labeled Kerry Campbell, but the picture is of a blond girl holding a tennis racket. Pilcher then replaces that picture with Kerry's actual picture.

What does this mean? Did Pilcher simply replace Kerry's background information/qualifications with Abigail's to justify her selection as as the mother of the future leader? I know Pilcher was pressed for time and didn't have the luxury to cherry pick a new candidate.
