Born in Diana, West Virginia, Josh Stewart studied at the T. Schreiber studios in New York City, was a company member of the 13th Street Repertory Theatre, and continued to work in theater in Los Los Angeles. He first appeared as Bill Jenkins in the 2003 movie Then Came Jones, followed in 2004 with a recurring role as Brendan Finney in the final season of Third Watch.
