Denis McGrath has written drama, comedy, docs, animation and video games. He won a WGC Screenwriting Award for his miniseries Across The River to Motor City and was nominated for a second WGC Award for Less Than Kind, an award he lost to his wife.
Denis served as the Executive Producer in Residence at the Canadian Film Centre in 2011 and taught at Ryerson University. from 1995 to 2006. He has served on the Council of the Writers Guild of Canada since 2008 and is Chair of the Editorial Board of Canadian Screenwriter Magazine.
