Born in Detroit, Michigan Mike Batayeh began his career as a stand-up comedian, basing his comedy on his experiences as an Arab American. As an actor he debuted in 1998 with guest appearances in episodes of Everybody Loves Raymond, Boy Meets World, Something So Right and Two Guys, a Girl and a Pizza Place. His most prominent role came in 2011 as Dennis Markowski in the hit series Breaking Bad.
Mike Batayeh died of asphyxia hanging in his home at the age of 52.
