Diana Valentine is a film and television director, script supervisor, writer, and producer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for story telling. She made her episodic directorial debut with a ground breaking episode of Nip/Tuck and recognition for it resulted in its inclusion in FX's Emmy screener package. She has directed multiple episodes of NCIS, NCIS: Los Angeles, Criminal Minds, Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders, and Code Black.
Diana has spent the last 20 years working side by side with the best directors in the business. And as one of the most respected script supervisors during those years, she was able to not only learn the technical aspects of directing, but also the intricacies involved in bringing out the best performance from her actors.
On the feature side, Diana enjoyed success with her directorial debut of the independent film Down the Barrel which gained an international release. She then went on to direct Amy Adams in the short film Pennies... which was chosen as an official selection in the LA Shorts International Film Festival, the St. John's International Women's Film Festival and the Bahamas International Film Festival. Diana showcased her screen writing and directing talent with the acclaimed short Blood Moon. It would go on to win the coveted honor of Best Horror Short Film at the prestigious IFS Film Festival in Los Angeles. Soon after, it was chosen as an Official Selection at the Berlin Independent Film Festival, Windsor International Film Festival and Fright Night Film Fest to name a few. She is the in-house director for CineFocus Productions.
