Don't see it either, so it's probably attached to a rejected show request.
The show looks like something we want listed, tho. So just request it without the imdb id (or add it in notes).

Media Watch, has Episode 44 listed but Season 2016 finished last week (Nov 21st) with with episode 43.

For the current series "Eyewitness" on USA network, episode 12 "The Boy Who Cried Wolf" should be deleted. It is a duplicate of episode 8 "The Yellow Couch".

The episodes for season 2 are out of order. The dates are correct, so they should go in that order.
