I think episode 11+12+13 in season 8 needs to be deleted. They are all listed in season 9 which have correct dates but i can't find anything to suggest that there should be anymore than the first 10 episodes in season 8.

I usually wait for a news article to arrive regarding this show before I change a status. Renewed = Running, Canceled = Ended & when the network isn't sure to continue or stop = TBD.
But officially TBD is possible after it finishes their first season, but you will have the tendency to forget to change it to running/ended when a news article was published, so I usually wait for it.
