Netflix does not handle specials in a proper way. Press release does speak of a special.... Should therefore be a special, disregarding what Netflix's Official site says. It's not even part of the story that episode itself.

I think we could leave this one be as season 2 as no media is sure about whether it is being a season two or part 2 of season 1 and it's press release isn't telling it us too.
