Actually there's no official information, confirming that series would be called Patrick Melrose. The official press-release from Sky calling it Melrose. And futon is known for messing with press-releases. So I wouldn't be so sure about renaming it.

All sources I checked confirm its a sequel and the 5th season, I checked Anime News Network, Wiki, and several fan sites, so we probably should add it as season 5.
The Exorcist summary is very long and excessive, as it contains the summary for the first season. I think moving the second paragraph to the season 1 summary would be better. But the show summary is locked.

I removed it, but just fyi, if a show has the status ENDED, it does not sync anymore each night. One would have to manually import stuff in this case :)
