In short: as this show was commissioned by BBC, and premiered on BBC, that is what is listed on TVmaze.

There is currently no way to list regional airings.

As of the F/X premiere, there is no on-screen episode title given. At least not in the first ten minutes.

The American DVR title is "Episode 1."

It was just a single comment yesterday, which isn't too bad IMO. But adding the same text to the entire season is a bit too much indeed.
