As previously said, Dr. Who is a UK show, not a US show. We do not track reruns.

It wasn't a rerun, but since it's a UK show, we have the UK airtime (which is about 2PM where I am) as opposed to the evening time it aired on BBC-A here in the States. That's probably where the confusion is for the OP.

What Thomas meant was that the endpoint only shows episodes that premiered in that country (or the US if the country is omitted) - as we only track the worldwide premiere.
Therefore attempting to search for reruns or premieres in foreign countries will not work regardless of the date.
