Writer's Guidelines FAQ accessibility

I had someone report to me the link to the writer's guidelines in the request for writers article didn't work. I double checked and it seems you need to be logged into the site in order to see it. I just wanted to know if this was a bug or a feature. :) Is it something only certain levels of access can see? If so I'll need to remove the link and add more detail to the article itself.

The writer's section in the FAQ is only available to users with writers access. It's not a bug.
There are things in there that shouldn't be seen by the general user.

Catch-22. To apply for a writer position you supposed to read the FAQ, which you cannot read until you're became a writer ;)

I've removed the line linking to the page guidelines page. You can paste guidelines directly into the article that you think should be known.
