they are allowed for local streaming services. For global ones the airtime would be different for everyone :)

The Futon Critic has a policy by which "a show on hiatus for longer than 12 months - without any news about its future - is assumed to be canceled". Netflix, however, has not officially canceled Prank Encounters. It's true it's been almost two years since Season 2 was released, and we may as well never see a third season. On the other hand, it's not unheard of shows being renewed three or four years after their last season was released. The show is officially on hiatus, so for the time being "To Be Determined" is the correct status. :)
