Hey, buddy! According to TVLine which broke the news, Episodes 7-9 are going to be released on Feb. 14 and Episodes 10-12 on Feb. 15. I don't think they were released on Feb. 12.
Could the runtime on this episode be fixed? The Futon Critic eventually updated to say it would run 10:30pm-11:40pm, rather than the current 90 minutes that is listed here.
Also, if the exact time is wanted, I was watching it, and the episode started at 10:36pm ET. Cannot verify what time it ended at exactly though.

I don't think Stage 2 is part of BBC Play of the Month and I don't think these two shows are even related. Sure their episodes are famous plays but those plays have been adapted for television countless times. So they are probably not with the same actors. Some episodes/plays (The Playboy of the Western World, She Stoops to Conquer, Peer Gynt, The Duchess of Malfi) are not even present on BBC Play of the Month. And those with common titles first aired as part of Stage 2, not the other way round. For example, Trelawny of the 'Wells' aired on Jul 7, 1971 as part of Stage 2, and on Aug 13, 1972 as part of BBC Play of the Month.
