Thought so, just wasn't sure because of the weird way they're doing it. Tubi and Roku have licensed it and Tubi's going to 'broadcast' them on their WB channel (like Pluto TV) at certain times and isn't going to have them on demand, so once they "air" you'd have to wait a few weeks for them to be shown again.
