I musunderstood the number of episodes due to on some platforms show 10-15 mins as 1 episode.

Looks like a dupe. Age of Tanks is a French-German-Russian production and the poster artwork is the same for both shows.
I've not found anything that confirms ivi.ru streamed all 4 episodes on 9th November 2017. Only the French production company confirming the Planete+ airdates.
