Although we don't use IMDB as an official source, A Date for Gomer was rescheduled to 12/09/63 so the episode list is now updated.

But they mentioned 8 short episodes, and the show you link to has everything listed as 50 minutes, so is it really the same thing?

It's also listed as airing "Sundays at 21:00", despite being a web-series..... so yeah, it is the same thing (quote below from BBC, linked on the showpage).

The insignificant episode on Being Human is a duplicate of Becoming Human and has no new footage, so should be deleted. The 50 minute compilation episode aired on BBC Three after all 8 episode of Becoming Human had been released online. 

The show listing for Becoming Human was incorrect as none of the episodes were 50 minutes - I'm editing it now to match the BBC website data.
