Since the series has already premiered and is now 'running', I'd guess the main image for Stuart Fails to Save the Universe could possibly be changed to this now?...

Transformers: Cyberworld is all wrong, mostly because of the weird way it has been released. There are only 36 episodes, not 61. They always release episodes more than once, originally with two stuck together each time, and later increased to four stuck together, followed by the single 5 minute episodes being released later. Due to this, the first "episode" on July 12, 2025 was actually the first two episodes, then the next actual new content was episode 3 on July 26, 2025, with new episodes being released combined with other episodes each Saturday, then later released as stand alone. There's also the issue of titles, since the first 9 episodes are available for purchase on Amazon and Apple TV with different episode titles than what they had on YouTube, but I assume the original YouTube titles should take priority.
I don't mind correcting what I can myself, but since it will require editing nearly everything on the series I wanted to make sure it was OK before I do the work, since I'm new here and don't want to mess it up. Also, all episodes after 36 will need to be deleted, and from what I can tell it looks like normal users can't delete content.

Hey ive added the episodes as they were released. The 5 minute episodes are the only ones with opening credits, so Im confused as to whats wrong here. Ill have to dig into checking out what's original and what isnt, I was just editing the guide not watching it. We would also use YouTube as the source of everything as thats were the episodes are released.

For reference, TheTVDb and TheMovieDb both mostly agree on the correct information with the only exceptions being that TheTVDb lists episode 2 on 7/19/25 rather than 7/12/25, and TheMovieDb lists the two part episode "That's Gotta Sting" as a single episode. Wikipedia seems to have the most accurate list, which IMDb also agrees with. All four sources agree on the official episode titles, which are not the titles from YouTube. It looks like the official titles were given by series lead Ali Lightfoot on X/Twitter, citing the YouTube titles as "made to maximize SEO", where he also confirmed the series is continuing with season 2 sometime this month. For the YouTube link this playlist is a better fit since it has all of the real, 5 minute episodes in order up to #30, and will presumably continue being updated as the remaining 6 stand-alone episodes are released (they are all already out as multi-episode videos). I would say the episode list as it appears on Wikipedia should be how it is listed here, with the first two Episodes on 7/12/25 then #3 on 7/26/25 continuing each Saturday only, and using the official titles. The issue reading this now is that we list episodes (segments) as they are released whether thats as a single 5 minute episode or a multi episode 20 minute piece. If theirs a mix of the two here with reruns also mixed in, im kind of at a loss with what to do. We also wouldn't follow any of the sources youve cited Im afraid as YouTube would be the official source with them releasing the episodes.

That would make it complicated, with how they were released. Looking over their YouTube page they basically have two releases for each episode. Initially, they release a video that says "New" on the thumbnail, which is actually multiple episodes. The first is the first two episodes, then after that it is whatever episode number it says in the title plus repeat episodes added on to make them longer. From 2-11 it is just one extra, starting on 12 it is 3 extra. Later on they release the ~5 minute video that says "Full Episode" on the thumbnail and is just the one episode the title says it is. Unfortunately this can't be relied on because they stopped using the "Full Episode" tag from #20 onward, and stopped using the "New" tag from #24 onward. There is no good way to handle the series within the guidelines here, so it seems like the only choices are to delete the whole thing as an incompatible show for the site's rules, or make an exception and take what the show create says is official to be the official information, rather than taking what Hasbro put on YouTube for SEO and algorithm optimization. I understand what you are saying regarding how this site operates, but I also see no good reason to try and make the YouTube information work when doing so would make the information here be different that virtually every single source there is aside from YouTube.
In short, I'd say the word of the series creator should take priority when determining the "official" information, rather than using YouTube, which the creator has said is wrong.

First, there's only 36 episodes no matter what source you use, the titles on YouTube have episode numbers in them. The issue is what to call them, and there are three choices for each episode: 1. The title of the "New" multi-episode videos; 2. The title of the "Full Episode" single episode videos; or 3. The official titles from the creator that most other sites use. For episodes 31-36 the single episode videos have not been released, so there are only two choices for what to title those, for now.

I tried to dig into this but I couldn't make heads or tails of it. It seems that @PhantomEarth has made a thorough research and knows what he's talking about. As long as he understands that we list number of episodes, order of episodes, titles, runtimes etc the way they were originally released, I'd say we let him carry on with the edits. If he needs assistance, to delete things for example, he can let us know, and at the end, we supervise his work to make sure that everything looks all right and in accordance with our policies.

I started to edit it but realized that some information is locked and the cast/crew for the episodes may get messed up if I just change the titles of 1-36 and request the deletion of the rest, so I stopped for the moment and started going through the credits of each episode to see who should be listed. I also just found that from episode 3 onward it has the official title in the description on YouTube, so there won't be an issue of the information being from an outside source.
I'll try to get it straightened out to have the correct cast/crew and change the numbers as needed to have 1-36 be correct, then come back here to request the deletion of the other episodes and any other changes I can't make.
Edit: Only got to episode 6 before I hit "pending verification". While I wait for that, here's a couple things I couldn't do:
Episode 2 - Remove Jack Ayres as Scorponok from Cast Appearances (Not in episode)
Episode 6 - Remove Jack Ayres as Starscream from Cast Appearances (Wrong actor for character)
Seems I can only add new people, I can't remove people that were already there.
