I watched all 13 episodes across both shows and the Unfiltered show on Discovery+ definitely has new episodes that need to be listed, I'm just not sure if it should be one show listing or two. The HGTV version seemed like it was all filmed in one day (none of them never changed their clothes) while Unfiltered seems to have taken place over a couple days and they've changed the intro and even seemed to have bought HD webcams for better Zoom quality and kind of digs in more with the jokes while the normal one on HGTV seemed like they had to tone it down to fit with the network.
They both feature Dan Levy and Natasha Leggero and have the same format, so I'm not sure if it should be one show with 3 seasons and put Unfiltered in the season 2 and 3 season names, or if it should be two separate shows due to adding a word to the title.

are we sure this count as american and not french (Jayce et les Conquérants de la Lumière)? pretty sure it started airing in france before it aired in the us, but finding it hard to find that info again since i don't read french myself, also missing a bunch of episodes (i will add them in a couple of days if no one else has done it before me)

Different network+different name, and I suppose they numbering Unfiltered starting from season 1? It is better to add it as a new show then.

Yeah, they have two separate show entries on Discovery+ with different images. I was thinking two shows, but just was unsure because it's more or less moving the existing show to the service and adding a word, it could've easily aired as a 2nd season because nothing was changed to the format.

Why would a default runtime of 29 minutes be added here if only 2 episodes out of the new series have that runtime? I thought if a show aired on a Web channel and episodes had different lengths we didn't added a runtime in?
