I see the episodes have almost all a different runtime, what should be the correct one?

90 minutes. I was pointing it out here so someone could make the user aware :)

Should a name have "Dr." in it? Isn't that just their occupation, not their actual name. I feel like anything that's not their actual name "Mayor, Sen., Dr., PhD etc." should be an AKA, not in the actual name? Right?

Yes.

@TomSouthwell wrote:
I always add Dr. to names as normally that's how the person is credited on-screen :).

IMO this doesn't seem right. You could name their "character" for this show as "Dr. xxx", but the title is not part of the person's actual name.

If it shouldnt be done then it definately needs to be added as policy as theres 100s of people entries with "Dr." in the name

https://www.tvmaze.com/search?q=Dr.

Surely on-screen data would take precedence so if they are always credited as "Dr." thats how they should be credited here too?

Doesn't make it correct, especially considering who added most of them. When I meet such records I remove the title from the name and add it to AKA.

You could say that they are "always" credited as such only if you saw all their appearances on TV. Did you?
Surely real-life information and common sense should take precedence over any on-screen data. Titles "Dr.", "Sen.", "Rev." etc are not part of the person's name. What happens if tomorrow they stop being a doctor? What if they have more than one title?

@Thomas @JuanArango @gazza911 it seems we need an official ruling on this one, should we add professional titles to a person's names or not?

Im in no way saying its correct just pointing out that if we are going to tell users its not right then the incorrect entries would need fixing first.

I guess UK tv may be slightly different in that we have well known TV doctors that would only ever be credited as 'Dr.' in their appearances

My finger slipped as im on my phone, episode 4 here needs correcting to air a week earlier. However there is no way to edit the alternate date that i can see?

I can see it has been changed but still cant see were the option is to make the change. The edit button on the list just loops back to the alternate list for me.

Agree, i always use the Dr. XXX, Sen. XXX etc as an aka instead. Nothing except the actual name should be in a persons name.

Regarding the series The Six Million Dollar Man, episodes 14 thru 18 should be deleted, as they are duplicates of episodes 8 thru 12.

I'd say unless their actual stage name had that in (and they're credited as such), I'd just leave that for AKA.

a) Which season?

b) Do you have any proof of this?

I assume it's season 1, and it's kind of obvious. Episodes 1x14-1x18 have exactly the same names and airdates as episodes 1x08-1x12.
