The source that should be used should always be the site's numbers when they aired -- and research should be done to make sure that DiscoveryPlus (who is not the original airing network for 'Dirty Jobs') numbering reflects the original site.

I'm at work and can't do a detailed analysis right now - but want to give a heads up before too much editing gets done and give a heads up to anybody validating these edits as well.

Apparently, they list the original airdate for each episode and list episodes in broadcast order
