My bet is Designated Survivior.
Just to be different, I'll throw Scorpion into the mix
Only shows I can think of that I'd want back are Timeless (full time not just the 2 hour movie/2 episodes), People of Earth, and LA to Vegas. Maybe Kevin (Probably) Saves the World, Rise, and Great News. I would have liked at least one more season of Colony, USA stuck with that for 2 seasons where nothing much happened and then something finally started happening in season 3 and they can it. I don't remember anything else really. :P
If we're not saying stuff we'd like to come back, I could see them bringing back Shadowhunters after that big push to save it, even though it will have used all the source material by the time it finishes...
