Not sure what the problem is here but, IMO, it's a bug or a glitch. Trying to import special episodes from thetvdb.com for https://www.tvmaze.com/shows/2280/cake-wars/episodes ... they are there https://www.thetvdb.com/series/cake-wars/seasons/all with dates & titles, but when trying to import no episodes show up for importation. The show has the correct external id added. Specifically looking @ the xmas specials from 2015.
Specials were never imported, IMO it's an intended behaviour, considering that TVDb have them listed in a separate season #0, and we have each special linked to a particular season of the show.
Yeah, specials are intentionally ignored since they are handled differently there. The script wouldn't able to recognize whether the special is already added on TVmaze, leading to duplicates.
