Why is it when I look on the Networks listing those countries are not showing is it because they do not have a Network assigned to them yet? Here are the first 5 countries listed.

Australia

Austria

Belgium

Brazil

Bulgaria

yes, that exactly is it :)

But if you create a network, you will find all those countries to choose from :)

OK, I have already run into some problems here. Not sure how Michael added those Networks however the 1st run I am looking for is 1TV (Not itv). He did add 1TV under Afghanistan however when I tried to add a new show to add to 1TV it only brings up itv and when I look at it the Country that comes up is United Kingdom? I can bring up 1TV in the Networks section but not to add as a Network to a new show?

Also I wish to request that the Networks listing that come up when adding a show that after the United States and the United Kingdom that all other countries be listed alphabetically. I have scrolled up and down way too many times on that list to find the Country I need please?

When I put in 1 it will only bring up a Network in Latvia.

Easiest way to create a new network is to go here:

http://www.tvmaze.com/network/create

you can select the country using the drop down menue, all countries except USA and UK, which are on top, are listed alphabetically.

And if you add a new show, you do not search for a network, you just use the dropdown menue, scroll down to the country you are looking for and then select the network from that country.

When was the last time you looked closely at the list of Networks and Countries on the ADD Network list they are NOT in any kind of order at all US, UK, Latvia, Afghanstan, Belgium, Spain, Australia, Japan, Phillipines, UAE, Germany does that look alphabetically to you?

When you add a network to the database:

they are ALL alphabetical, only USA and UK are on top.

When you add a show and then select the network for it, USA and UK are again on top and then it is listed in order of popularity, I agree it should be alphabetical there too, will be in time, but we cannot do everything at once :)

Apologises in advance if this is not the correct thread to post my questions.

First question, I noticed a post the other day stating after x amount of contributions you get the pending notification and after it's removed and verified the count goes up again. I remember one was 90 contributions, what's the next few contribution counts after 90? Just so I know when I will get the pending notifications again.

Second question, I noticed a user has been on the site since the middle of September and has nearly 7000 contributions, seems a lot, maybe the person lives on the site haha, I'm hoping to contribute as much as I can to the site and have done a decent amount to reach 100 so far. Was wondering if each edit is always 1 contribution or are there higher levels of edit's that give a higher contribution count?

yes, every contribution , no matter what you contribute or at which level you contribute gives exactly 1 point :)

The next level is 270.

If it cannot be added becasue it does not qualify could "Arabia" be added instead? "Arabia" is also known as "Arabian Peninsula" - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arabian_Peninsula

We didn't compile the list of countries ourselves, it's a standardized list: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-1. I can't currently add anything that isn't an actual country that exists on the ISO list.

The show you linked appears to air on a network called MBC 4: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MBC_4_%28Middle_East.... Since it doesn't air in one specific country, I suggest adding it in the country where it's headquartered: the United Arab Emirates.
