The Expanse https://www.tvmaze.com/shows/1825/the-expanse
currently has: Genres: Science-Fiction, Thriller, Mystery. "Drama" should be there rather than Thriller, IMHO. If agree, please update.
Thanks

anyone an expert on those first 48 shows?
I'm not an expert (never watched it), but based on the show descriptions being almost exactly the same I normally would have recommended that there is one umbrella after-show/revisit series with multiple seasons.
However, quite a few of them overlap, e.g. https://www.tvmaze.com/shows/11140/the-first-48-drugs-kill/episodes & https://www.tvmaze.com/shows/5298/the-first-48-revenge-kills/episodes.
That would therefore prevent listing it under one show by season.

It's quite literally in the policy as an example of thriller; genre definitions

sounds like a good solution to me!

Just some FYI on The First 48 shows. They came up with this idea to make compilations that have a common theme and then called these shows The First 48:Drugs Kill or The First 48: Revenge Kills...there are many, many of the compilations. However nothing is 'new', they are all made up of the original cases that were aired under https://www.tvmaze.com/shows/1381/the-first-48

that would mean we can delete all these shows, as the episode are all part of the original series, correct?

That would be true. They take 2 or 3 cases from the original series that have a common theme....like gang killings, domestic, revenge, drug...and put them into a "new" show. But all the cases were originally aired under The First 48 so nothing is really "new".
Regarding https://www.tvmaze.com/shows/1551/star-vs-the-forces-of-evil/episodes
Episode 17 of Season 3, "Monster Bash", is missing from the list.

Do any of the shows from that list contain new footage, or are all of them just compilations?

added :)

These shows are only added to TVmaze. Even with a new footage, it will definitely not be with a runtime at least 25% longer than the original. It cannot be that all sites have missed new footage, but JAGUARDOG exclusively added them

Most likely the case, but seeing as someone else appears to have knowledge, I might as well ask.
