The elusive whistleblower known as Micro contacts Frank, who tracks Micro back to the family that believes he's dead. Meanwhile, Karen does some research for Frank, and Dinah goes on a date with Billy Russo.

In the past, Frank tells his son Frank Jr. a story about two dead men who fought and killed each other. He says that the story is nonsense but it's not stupid. They're on the ferry and see the Statue of Liberty, and Frank's daughter Lisa asks if he to go away to fight for liberty.
