Born in Worcester, Massachusetts, Erik Per Sullivan began studying piano and saxophone at a young age. He first had an uncredited role in the 1998 film Armageddon, and a small role in the 1999 film The Cider House Rules before picking up the role of Dewey Wilkerson in 2000 in the TV series Malcolm in the Middle. He has kept a low profile since his last acting credit in the 2010 film Twelve when he was eighteen.
