The site has 5 episodes in season 9, although episode 3 and episode 5 seems more like specials from the description. The S09 episodes E01, E02 and E03 here have been listed to match main content of the seasons, though they may have to be edited to match the official listing order.

This is also fixed now, they sure look a bit like specials, but the officila site lists them as normal episodes, so we follow it :)

So this is listed as S12 E06 here and on the official site listing, but I am pretty sure it was aired as a special on the same day as a regular episode 'The Vomit Comet'. The description too suggest the same - a celebration for the 100th episode. Do we just stick to what the official site say here?

1. Should the Overtime segments (200 videos, 4,400,861 views) on YouTube be included here?

2. If yes, should they be listed as specials or as a stand alone series?

3. If no, where do they fall short of what is to be listed?

the episodes will have to be added manually, according to our policy OVERTIME needs to have a separate show page.

Yes, it is the same show! Title "Tardisodes" is conventionally given but what every episode lists is "Tardisode". All together are tardisodes! That's why Wikipedia has a "Tardisodes" entry that leads in "Tardisode". My opinion is, "Tardisode" is the proper one. The other one should be deleted. Those episodes was in "Doctor Who's" specials too. Nevertheless, the plural goes as conventional title, so let's the stuff decide.
