Which at one point says "you can catch Holly Robinson Peete this Sunday on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries as she stars in the new franchise, Morning Show Mysteries" and that it's based on a series of novels.

Also http://www.hallmarkmoviesandmysteries.com/videos/hmm-mystery-movie-series refers to to it as part of "an all-new lineup of original mystery movie series"

This would seem to indicate it's going to be done in the same fashion as other Hallmark Movies & Mysteries movie series'.
