You're right. Actually I have no idea about the Russian show Диверсант and I haven't even checked, but as far as the other three shows (Hulu's Into the Dark, AMC's The Terror, Prime Video's Tales from the Loop), they are all in limbo but not officially cancelled. Their status should be "To Be Determined" not "Ended".

"Diversant" is kinda like other Russian shows: you'll rarely find announcements of cancelling, and if renewed - usually you learn when S2 promo campaign starts =D
BTW I googled - though no source is mentioned, various pages (most popular being Russian communist newspaper "KP"/"Komsomolskaya Pravda") claim there'll be continuation in a year or two.
