Technically, the linked news article literally calls it a new season, multiple times. I count at least 3 times. But yes, as Juan said, they'll wait and make a decision based on what P+ actually lists it as. It'll either be a new entry entirely or they'll add a season 16 to the drop down menu.

How come The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power has no Default Airtime?
I was going to edit it in myself, but also not sure what timezone to use, UTC? (I couldn't find any info on it in the Show Policy)
On Amazon they say "New episode Fridays @12am ET (UTC-4)."

I linked to that article because it says "Stay tuned for more information, including a premiere date, on the Paramount+ Original series Criminal Minds: Evolution."
So I would read season in the context of this season of the new show.

Global web channels don't have an airtime set because the episodes releasing globally so 12am ET is 8am GMT - the information wouldnt be correct.

Is he a show star, a guest? You can add this information yourself as well you know as long as you follow the data policies found at the bottom of every page :).
