To summarise, the first episode of Star Wars Resistance originally aired as one episode with double length, but has since then been cut into two and is now officially referred to as two separate episodes (e.g. in Disney+). The question is if this qualify for an alternate list?

Yes, it's a bit confusing as outside the UK the episode The War of the Rose was shown on BritBox as 2x03 on Aug 17, 2021, but in the UK it was not able to be shown then, and a version with some reshot scenes (due to cast changes) and retitled The War of Rose was shown on Jul 3, 2022, as 3x03. The current TVMaze database includes both versions of the episode. I'm not sure what the policy for inclusion is in these circumstances.
